Conference Dinner at El Cigarral de las Mercedes

Another good opportunity to meet and network with colleagues as well as enjoy Spanish lifestyle is the conference dinner accompanied with a sightseeing tour of Toledo, which will take place on Tuesday evening, April 17, 2012.

Enjoy an atmospheric evening with fantastic food, music and dancing entertainment in an old traditional Toledan farmhouse which has been altered to an exclusive and refined venue for events. It offers a wealth of sensations brought about by the fusion of food and scenery.

A bus shuttle takes all participants from Hotel Beatriz to a meeting point in Toledo where at 7 pm a sightseeing tour starts. This tour will take you on a walk and a ride on a panorama bus to discover the magnificent city of and around Toledo.

The Dinner Reception starts at around 8.30 pm at El Cigarral de las Merced with appetizers served on the ancient terrace around the pool where you will enjoy a breathtaking sight of Toledo and the performance of Spanish guitar music. Dinner starts at 9.30 pm and in which the Three Culture Dance Group entertains you with an impressive performance on the history of Toledo; please check the dinner menu on the website of our Spanish partner!
Afterwards bus shuttle is provided to take you back to Hotel Beatriz and Toledo.
