Abstract Submission
The abstract submission deadline was November 11, 2011.
Accommodation
Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. The organizers tried hard to get excellent room rates for the sponsors and exhibitors. All attendees are kindly asked to book their hotel room at the homepage of our Spanish Partner Halcón Empresas:

Hotel Beatriz has a limited capacity of 250 hotel rooms. Via Halcón Empresas you can also book rooms in the old town of Toledo but please note that the Venue is located about 4 km outside of Toledo. All participants of the CPV-8 conference are allowed to a special hotel room rate until February 29, 2012.
Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is stated in our General Terms and Conditions.
Catering
Food and drinks during the conference are included in the conference fee for all participants.
Certificate of Attendance
A certificate of attendance for registered participants will only be available on-site and cannot be issued after the conference. Please come to the registration desk for a certificate of attendance.
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will take place at El Cigarral de las Mercedes on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 and is not included in the conference fee. Please register at the registration.
Transport will be provided from Hotel Beatriz to the Conference Dinner.
